BlindFinder is an online directory that connects customers with professional blind, shutter, and window treatment cleaning service providers. BlindFinder does not itself provide cleaning services and is not a party to any agreement between users and service providers.

Listing Accuracy

BlindFinder strives to maintain accurate business listings but does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing information. Business owners are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings. We reserve the right to edit, remove, or refuse any listing at our discretion.

Claiming a Business

Business owners may claim their listing to gain management access. We require verification of ownership before granting claim requests. False or fraudulent claims may result in account suspension and legal action.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use BlindFinder to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users or businesses
• Post defamatory, obscene, or objectionable content
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the website without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
• Manipulate reviews, ratings, or search rankings
• Use the platform for any purpose unrelated to blind and window treatment services

6. Reviews and User Content

By submitting reviews, ratings, or other content ("User Content"), you:

• Represent that your content is truthful, based on genuine experience, and not misleading
• Grant BlindFinder a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
• Acknowledge that we may moderate, edit, or remove content that violates our guidelines
• Agree not to post reviews for businesses you own, operate, or are affiliated with

We do not guarantee the accuracy of reviews and are not responsible for opinions expressed by users.

7. Intellectual Property

The BlindFinder name, logo, website design, graphics, content, and software are the property of BlindFinder and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our express written consent. All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used on this site are the property of their respective owners.

8. Featured and Promoted Listings

BlindFinder may offer featured or promoted listing placements. Featured listings are clearly identified as such and may appear with enhanced visibility. Featured status does not constitute an endorsement by BlindFinder. Featured listing terms, pricing, and duration are governed by separate agreements.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLINDFINDER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF THIRD PARTIES ON THE SERVICE, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
